Understand who changed a record and investigate its history.
Open the audit trail
Authorized accounting users can open Audit Log for the selected company. Review the actor, action and time to understand the sequence of changes.
Inspect the affected record
Follow the record’s history when available. Consider linked payments, credits and reversals instead of looking at a single edit in isolation.
Report a concern
If a change looks unexpected, preserve the record reference and approximate time. Contact the account owner or support without sharing secrets.
Platform and support activity
Book-viewing support sessions have their own view history in Support access. Platform plan changes and operator actions are separate from your company’s financial entries.
