Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of LedgerHub, operated by I&S ACCOUNTING SVCS, LLC (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using LedgerHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LedgerHub is bookkeeping and financial-reporting software for accounting firms and their clients.

• Keep your credentials confidential and enable the security features available to you (two-factor authentication or passkeys).
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to breach security, or to access data or books you have not been granted.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content.

As between you and us, you own your financial data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the service. You may export your data at any time, and we will provide it to you at offboarding.

LedgerHub integrates Plaid (bank connections), Stripe and PayPal (payments), and the Anthropic API (optional AI features). Your use of those features is also subject to the respective providers’ terms.

LedgerHub is software, not a substitute for professional judgment. Its outputs — including categorizations, reports, and AI suggestions — may contain errors and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on them for tax, financial, or legal decisions. Any bookkeeping services you separately engage I&S Accounting Services to perform are governed by your engagement letter, not by these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using LedgerHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, you may export your data as described above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify account owners, and your continued use of LedgerHub after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
