Workspace and company
A workspace groups the companies belonging to an account. Accounting records belong to a company. Your role and access determine which companies you can open.
Before you post or export
Check the company selected in the app before recording transactions, uploading financial documents or running reports. Switch to the intended company first.
A company is missing
Ask the account owner or your firm administrator to check your assigned company access. A platform plan does not grant anyone access to the books.
