Your software plan
Open Subscription to review the plan information available to your account. Modules and limits determine which software features are available.
Accounting services are separate
Your relationship with an accounting firm and the firm’s bookkeeping engagement are separate from a software module entitlement.
Access is not a plan feature
Changing a plan does not invite a user or grant a firm permission to read your books. Review your team and accountant access separately.
Billing question
Open a support request with the plan or invoice reference and a description of the question. Do not send full card or bank numbers.
