Grant and revoke support access
Control whether support may temporarily view your books.
Access is your decision
A support request is a conversation. Permission to view books is a separate, time-limited grant made by the account owner or a permitted firm user acting on the client’s behalf.
Create a grant
Open Settings → Support access. Choose the available duration and whether documents are included. Grant access only when the investigation requires it.
What support can do
Support access is read-only and limited to the grant’s workspace. The support session expires with the grant. Viewed pages are recorded and available in Support access.
End access immediately
Revoke the grant from Support access whenever it is no longer needed. Review the view history there. Support cannot keep using the grant after it expires or is revoked.
