Module offers: 15% off the first 6 paid months or 40% off the first prepaid annual payment. The selected trial company starts paying after 30 days; additional companies pay from the start. Offer details, renewal prices & eligibility

Who can use the free trial?

One 30-day trial per email, for one company or Personal books. Choose the trial company before confirming your plan. Additional books are paid from the start, with their own billing dates. Adding or replacing a company does not restart the trial. This preview remembers eligibility on this browser only; this page does not create real subscriptions or payments.

How is tax added?

Prices and savings estimates exclude tax. The amount due depends on the applicable tax rules, customer location, product classification, exemptions and where the seller is required and registered to collect tax. This estimate does not calculate or collect tax; an uncalculated tax amount is not a zero-tax quote. The tax-inclusive total must be confirmed in the live payment flow before purchase.

How do the module launch offers work?

CFO Suite and Perishable Inventory are 15% off for the first six paid monthly billing periods, or 40% off the first annual payment covering 12 months. Paid periods start after the trial for the selected trial company; additional companies start paid periods immediately. Introductory module discounts end after that period; renewal uses regular rates unless an ongoing discount applies. Neither Business tier nor Personal books receives these introductory discounts.

How does the additional-company module discount work?

For the same client, the first company subscribing to each module is the primary subscription. The second and subsequent companies buying that same module receive 60% off that module while a qualifying primary subscription remains active. CFO and Perishable Inventory are counted independently. Unrelated clients do not share eligibility. If the primary module is removed, another remaining subscription becomes primary and the estimate is recalculated.

Can I combine discounts?

No. The best eligible discount applies to each subscription line. Additional-company module pricing does not stack with introductory, annual or accountant discounts. Eligible accountant clients still receive 10% off either Business tier; when introductory module offers end, an eligible accountant discount may apply. Personal books and practice-owned add-ons are excluded from the accountant discount.

What does an annual payment include?

Annual billing prepays 12 months. Business is $240 and Complete is $456 per company per year before any eligible accountant discount; Personal books are $120 per year. The first primary CFO annual payment is $359.93, renewing at $599.88; Perishable Inventory is $575.93, renewing at $959.88, before any ongoing eligible discount. A qualifying additional-company CFO subscription is $239.95/year and Perishable Inventory is $383.95/year. Amounts round per subscription line per billing period, so annual totals can differ slightly from 12 rounded monthly charges. USD before tax.

These estimates assume the same modules, ownership and eligibility throughout the period. No discounts on custom development or migration services. Revenue Recognition is coming soon; pricing is not announced. This page does not create a subscription or charge a payment.

A few things, made clear.

What is included in Business and Complete?

Business is $20/company/month: everyday bookkeeping, journal entries, banking and rules, standard inventory, loans, customer P&L, 1099 Center for NEC, INT and supported MISC, with W-9 checks and exports, and core statements. Complete is $38/company/month: everything in Business plus batch invoicing, AI assistance, class/project P&L, budgets, recurring invoices and recurring journal entries, reclassification, portals and close books. Specialist modules are optional with either tier.

Can I use NetLedg for personal books only?

Yes. Personal books cost $10 per month and do not require a business subscription. Track income, spending, cash flow and net worth in a separate workspace.

How does the free trial work?

One 30-day trial per email covers one company or Personal books. Choose the trial company, then review card or ACH setup. Additional books are paid from the start; adding a company does not restart the trial. Monthly: cancel anytime. Annual: prepaid 12-month term. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. This preview simulates payment setup and collects no bank or card numbers.

Can I bring my existing accounting history?

Migration is export-based. Supply source files and review evidence, differences and assumptions. The proposed guided setup asks only for missing items relevant to your company. There is no direct connection to your previous software; the local import journey is simulated.

How does the accountant discount work?

At the second eligible client relationship, 10% applies to client Business, CFO Suite and Perishable Inventory subscriptions. Two companies belonging to one client count as one client. Personal books and the practice’s own add-ons are excluded. Only the best eligible discount applies per line; discounts do not stack. Eligibility and payer consent must be verified before live billing.
